Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team at their Brantford, Ontario bakery. The ideal candidate will oversee line performance, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and quality, and lead and motivate production team members to achieve shift goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and written English communication skills
