Requirements

• 1-year office experience
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to speak to senior colleagues face to face
• IT literacy including Word and Outlook
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative worker with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and workload
• GCSE's in Math's and English
