We are seeking a Closing Transaction Coordinator with experience in real estate transactions and title closings to work closely with our affiliated law firm.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in title closing or real estate law (required)
- Experience in a legal support role within a law firm or title company
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing processes, and escrow procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with title software (e.g., Closer’s Choice, Qualia, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
