Job Description
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting in Stratham, NH. The DSP will assist with daily activities, represent the needs and interests of individuals, and provide input on program planning and implementation.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting
- Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others
- Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED required
