Director of IT

At Aspire Living & Learning, we're seeking a Director of IT to lead our technology infrastructure and advance our mission. The successful candidate will provide hands-on strategic and operational leadership, oversee IT systems and networks, and ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Management or Business Administration preferred.
• ITIL certification required; vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Apple) preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of teams and enterprise systems.
• Proven success in digital transformation, cloud migration, and infrastructure oversight.
• Experience in multi-site or nonprofit/human services environments strongly preferred.
