Aspora is looking for a Head of Compliance - Wealth Management to own and scale the compliance function across a global wealth platform. The role involves building compliance from the ground up, defining frameworks, securing licenses, and ensuring regulatory alignment. The platform includes digital gold, broking, distribution, and crypto products.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within financial services
• Strong experience in wealth products, broking, asset management, or investment platforms
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of setting up or scaling compliance functions
• Deep understanding of licensing processes and regulatory requirements across markets
