Payment Ops

Aspora is building a borderless financial operating system that makes money as mobile and transparent as its users. The company is looking for a Payment Ops professional to join their Operations Team and oversee the day-to-day movement of funds, manage user issues, and use data to detect patterns and propose improvements in operations or product workflows.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years in a fintech or payments role
• Experience using SQL, project management platforms
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and queries to monitor system health and detect outliers
• Experience interacting with banks or external partners and following through on issue resolution
