Job Description
ASR is seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineer (CSE) to provide construction management support to the NAVFAC Southeast at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. The CSE will support the Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) / FEAD with construction inspection and quality assurance, while monitoring contract, safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or equivalent
- 7 years of experience as a Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Quality Control Manager on commercial/industrial type facilities, DoD/MILCON, utility or waterfront related contracts valued in excess of $5 million
- Construction technical competencies and qualifications to verify that a specific level of workmanship was obtained
