Payroll Clerk

Established in 1986, ASR International Corporation (ASR) is looking for a full-time Payroll Clerk at their Corporate Headquarters in Hauppauge, NY to reconcile and prepare weekly payroll, assist in collecting employee timesheets, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of direct experience using ADP software (desired)
• Experience processing weekly payroll across multiple states
• Knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks, and other applications (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
