Program Control Specialist

ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor seeking a Program Control Specialist to support an FAA contract. The role is central to ensuring radar program activities are effectively planned, coordinated, tracked, and reported.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program execution, or project controls supporting infrastructure or technical deployment projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess schedule and cost performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex program data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail in managing schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• US Citizenship to successfully base a government issued background investigation.
