Responsible for product lifecycle management of Electromechanical Solutions group product lines and categories, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university preferred but not required
- One (1) to three (3) years of product management or customer care/technical support experience in a related technical field
- Collaborative idea generator that leverages customer feedback, field reports, and sales feedback to identify new product ideas and process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious, intuitive, intelligent, detail oriented, thoughtful, and innovative, both logically and creatively
- Experienced presenter with proven training abilities
- Foundational understanding of business and industry fundamentals
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and cross-functional teams
- Emerging ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English
- Ability to write routine test reports and correspondence
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and database software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI and Visio
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant demeanor and speaking voice when dealing with the public and fellow employees
- Extremely accurate in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
