Job Description
Drive business in the new construction segments of Single family across the US, working with builders, designers, plumbers, and wholesalers to grow market share for Pfister faucets. Manages the process by working internally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Implements a business plan to strategically grow territory and maintain business while improving profitability
- Develops and maintains influential relationships with key decision makers of new construction locally and regionally
- Works with plumber Territory Managers to convert opportunities
- Coordinates, tracks, and organizes all data pertaining to current builders under contract
- Develops and maintains builder database
- Works with National Account Managers to develop vertical Territory Managers and agency reps
- Works with Marketing and training to develop sales support and training needs specific to the builder sales process
- Leadership role in Multi-Market and Local builder shows
