Business Development Manager UK

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first approach, excellent planning and prioritizing skills, and experience in direct sales and managing key accounts. As a field-based position, you will travel extensively within the region (60% of the time) to build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities, manage and develop assigned named end-user accounts, and support the company's success in the access control market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years' experience direct sales and/or managing key accounts
• Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
• Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions
• Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
• Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
