Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at our Grand Canyon Service Center in Phoenix, AZ. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers, providing front-line support, follow-up, and assistance with resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School degree or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within building, wholesale building products or a related field is desired
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
