As a critical role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers’ recommended installation procedures and specifications.
- Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing any problems, shortages and inefficiencies in job-site conditions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
