Installation Technician

Join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems as an Installation Technician and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to customers. As a technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in direct industry or relevant experience, and the ability to obtain AAADM certification within six months of employment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience of direct industry, store front door installation or relevant industry experience
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job-related responsibilities
• Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain certification as required
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus)
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively
