Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of production equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and sustaining custom automation equipment, as well as performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maximize production output.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Trade school certificates/licenses or associate degree preferred
- 3 to 5yr+ Experience in Manufacturing as an Industrial Mechanic
- Good documentation skills
- Hands on repair skills
- Good communication, team player, flexible, self-motivated, and decision maker
- Professionalism
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Continuous learning attitude
- Can read schematics (equipment manuals, mechanical, pneumatic, piping, part assemblies)
- Safe, clean, and organized work habits
- Familiar with what tools are correct for specific tasks
