Mechanical Test Engineer

As a Mechanical Test Engineer, you will validate the mechanical design of electronic access control devices and develop the mechanical components of test equipment used in testing and production facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle.

Requirements

• Collaboration with design engineers
• Develop and design test plans and procedures
• Set up and conduct tests on mechanical systems
• Analyse test results
• Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders
• Design electromechanical production test fixtures
• Coordinate and/or consult with the development team
• Collaborate with manufacturers around the globe
• Good team player
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Experience in mechanical engineering/testing
• Experience in certification testing, working with standardization
