Join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems as a Payroll Coordinator and be responsible for managing payroll reporting across the U.S. and Canada, processing certified and prevailing wage reports, and supporting both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations.
Requirements
- Lead processor for one of the Canada payroll/benefits and biweekly/monthly reporting
- Assist with the US payroll entry, timecard review and reporting
- Process certified and prevailing wage reports
- Respond to separation requests, employment and/or benefit verifications, garnishments and other mail
- Crosstrain within the department to provide backup coverage
- Provide customer service to employees regarding time and attendance, benefits and payroll questions
- Other general HR/PR functions as needed
