Production Supervisor

The Fabrication Supervisor oversees daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of metal components used in commercial roll-up doors.

Requirements

• Supervise, coach, and support fabrication technicians, welders, machine operators, and other assigned staff.
• Assign daily work tasks and adjust priorities based on production needs.
• Train team members on equipment, processes, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Inspect in-process and completed components for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Enforce all safety policies, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures.
