Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to manage distributor and customer projects from receipt of the letter of intent through the full life of the project within our manufacturing operation in Mason City, Iowa. The position plays a vital role in supporting design coordination, hardware recommendations, customer communications, and material release management—while driving $2–5 million in incremental sales.

Requirements

• Provide technical support to customers and architects throughout the project lifecycle
• Review architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate customer submittals
• Coordinate hardware, door, and frame requirements to ensure functionality and compliance
• Verify shop drawings and manufacturing details for accuracy and manufacturability
• Produce detailed drawings using CAD software
• Handle technical inquiries and resolve discrepancies or application conflicts
• Support business growth initiatives and customer expansion opportunities
• Meet productivity, quality, and lead-time goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
