QHSE Lead

QHSE Lead responsible for leading and continuously improving our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems. The primary focus is on Quality Management, and secondary focus is Health, Safety, and Environment. The role requires leading root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating internal and external audits, and managing quality documentation and product specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Technische bedrijfskunde, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years experience in a QHSE role within a production, manufacturing, high-tech or industrial environment
• Preferably MVK/HVK or relevant safety certifications
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience and knowledge of RI&E processes and Dutch HSE requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, proactive, detail‐oriented, problem-solving abilities with havening a hands-on attitude and a strong communication mindset
• Excellent organisation and communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Must have own transportation and living within a reachable distance from Tilburg
