Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives, establish and maintain quality standards, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce defects in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with at least 7 years in a quality role and at least 5 years in a management position
• Previous experience in a quality function relating to metal fabrication, metalworking and/or metal finishing environment is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create graphs and develop statistical information regarding product quality and process capability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
