Job Description
Rockwood Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY Group Company, needs an experienced Quality Manager for our fast-paced, customer focused facilities located in Rockwood and Somerset, PA. The Quality Manager will lead corrective action and quality improvement processes, develop and implement quality systems, and drive down overall costs by identifying and solving recurring problems.
Requirements
- Experience in formal quality program environment
- 4 Year Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Science, Technology), or Certified Quality Manager (ASQ or Equivalent), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Statistical, scientific, objective thought process
- Flexibility to change with competing projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all personality types
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
