Senior Analytics Analyst - Finance and Accounting

The Senior Analyst will play an instrumental role on the data and analytics team tasked with driving significant improvements to our finance and accounting function by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role within a large and complex organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics).
• Demonstrated expertise with one or more financial consolidation systems (HFM, OneStream, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise with one or more budgeting and planning systems (Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, etc.).
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and reporting requirements.
• Mentoring and supporting junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
