The Senior Manager of Digital Experience Strategy leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing digital experiences across websites, eCommerce web shops, and connected digital tools.
Requirements
- Must have 8â12+ years in digital experience, digital strategy, web, or eCommerce roles.
- Must have 5+ years in leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Demonstrated ability to define experience standards, govern content and product data, and improve end-to-end customer journeys.
- Strong UX design expertise with front-end development proficiency.
- User Experience leadership with working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Oversee vendor selections and evaluations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, align competing priorities, and build high-performing teams within a matrixed organization.
- Proven use of analytics, experimentation, and key performance indicator frameworks to improve acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
- BerliWorking knowledge of privacy and consent requirements, accessibility expectations, and secure-by-design practices for digital platforms.
- Platform expertise: Content Management System landscape, Content architecture, Headless and hybrid Content Management System patterns, Content Management System vendor evaluation and selection, Adobe Experience Manager familiarity, and Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service awareness.
