We are looking for a technical customer advisor to handle product-specific customer inquiries and work with customers to find suitable solutions. You will analyze customer inquiries, find quick solutions, and bring your experience and ideas into the team to improve our service.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g. IT system electronics technician, technician, etc.) or comparable studies
- Basic knowledge of network technology/electrical engineering and interest in Smart Home products
- Good to very good language skills in English and German are a requirement, French is an advantage
- Experience in customer contact or technical support is an advantage
