Requirements
- 10+ Years of Leadership experience in Consumer Electronics (CE), Smart Home, or IoT hardware sectors
- Scaling Revenue: A track record of driving significant revenue growth in a hardware environment
- Retail & Distribution: Deep experience managing National Retail relationships and wholesale distributors
- Business Development: Success in identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships
- Forecasting & Supply Chain: Strong command of sales operations, specifically Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)
- P&L Management: Full ownership of the sales budget, including accurate revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cost management
