Job Description
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for preparation, supervision, and reporting of all preventive and curative mechanical jobs on all equipment on the field. The position involves ensuring the technical integrity of mechanical equipment, planning and organizing mechanical activities, performing and coordinating maintenance and inspection tasks, and training and developing a mechanical maintenance team.
Requirements
- Operational/technical experience with 7 to 10 years in oil and gas disciplines (Maintenance, Production etc.)
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed team leadership skills
- Good knowledge of SAP PM & MM
- Experience with Solar & Siemens turbines, Solar & Nuovo Pignone centrifugal compressors, Reciprocating compressors Ariel & Dresser, CAT & Waukesha gas engines, Single & multistage centrifugal pumps
