Job Description
Assala Gabon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Maintenance Expert to maintain the company's Maintenance Management System (SAP PM) up to date.
Requirements
- Administration and management of the SAP PM database
- Creation of new assets in SAP, including associated maintenance plans and task lists
- Support and training for users of the SAP PM module
- Stock optimisation and ordering of spare parts; processing of material master data and stock data
- Proposing solutions to improve the SAP PM system and facilitating access for users
- Working in collaboration with the SAP international development team
- Assisting users with the creation and reactivation of SAP accounts
- Monitoring deviations and ORA notifications
- Participating in various integration projects for the SAP Maintenance Plan, SAP Material Management and SAP Finance modules
