Job Description
Assala Energy is seeking an experienced CWI Manager to lead and oversee all CWI activities across our operations in Gabon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in CWI operations, including 7+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven track record in well design, workovers, and interventions
- Expert knowledge of completions (lower/upper), artificial lift, well integrity, and HSSE standards
- Proficiency in production optimization and nodal analysis
- Familiarity with reservoir-to-wellbore interface, nodal analysis, and materials selection
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Fluent in English; French is an asset
