Requirements
- Project Oversight: Lead and supervise multiple waterproofing projects
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results
- Team Leadership: Provide expert guidance, training, and mentorship to foremen and waterproofing teams
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, track materials, and maintain comprehensive documentation for seamless project execution
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality and effectiveness of waterproofing applications in all projects
- Problem Solving: Work closely with project managers to address challenges, implement solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Safety Management: Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness among all teams
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in waterproofing practices and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our methodologies
