Compliance Specialist responsible for ensuring affordable rental apartment communities comply with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, property management, or related field
- Knowledge of affordable housing regulations (LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing)
