Requirements

• Experience building a GTM motion from scratch at a startup or growth-stage company
• Direct experience selling and managing multi-million dollar enterprise deals
• Experience managing a small sales team, building playbooks, running operating cadences, and making hard performance calls
• Systems thinking and builder-operator mindset
• Bias toward experimentation and speed
