Corporate Development Intern

AssetMark is a wealth management platform that helps financial advisors and their clients. The Corporate Development team is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships that shape the future direction of the business and the advisor experience. This internship is designed for a high-performing student to learn the fundamentals of corporate development through hands-on work and mentorship.

Requirements

• Pipeline support & opportunity tracking
• Transaction execution support
• Diligence “deal mechanics” (hands-on, high-precision)
