Account Services Administrator

The Account Services position supports the Account Services Manager and requires a motivated, energetic individual who can manage multiple details simultaneously, process a high volume of transactions efficiently, and meet the demands of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Proposal generation
• Customer engagement
• Create Recurring Projects and related Customer billing
• Initiate contact with customers regarding overdue invoices on the monthly AR report
• Process Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable
• Work with the manager on special projects
• Provide Customer Statements
• Manage electronic and physical customer files
