This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the development, organization, and management of customer-facing and internal training materials within a Professional Services organization.
Requirements
- Support the development of customer-facing training documentation
- Organize and structure training materials
- Prepare instructor materials, FAQs, reference guides, and supporting documentation
- Maintain visibility into the status of training materials
- Support coordination between Professional Services and the LMS Manager
- Standardize training materials using approved templates and formats
- Organize training content within shared repositories
- Align internal training materials with customer-facing content to ensure consistency
