Product Manager

AssetWorks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to drive the success of their software products. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategies, gathering requirements, and overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, with a focus on software products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints when making product decisions
