Professional Services Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Professional Services team. This internship is designed for students interested in applied AI, technical writing, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Operations, Information Systems, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Curiosity about and comfort with AI tools — willingness to experiment with AI writing assistants, prompt design, and automated documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine interest in learning new tools and improving processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
