Job Description
WeAreAssistCard is a leading organization in comprehensive assistance for travelers. We are looking for a Billing & Collections Assistant to ensure correct billing and debt management, contributing to the company's commercial and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Accounting or Administration graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic billing
- Knowledge and handling of the Tax Law at the level of payment vouchers
- Experience in issuing Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes
- Experience in preparing and analyzing billing reports with dynamic tables and macros
- Teamwork capacity and objective fulfillment
- Intermediate knowledge of Office, advanced Excel (knowledge of logical functions, formulas with multiple functions, and dynamic tables)
- Knowledge of Accounting ERP Systems
