We are looking for a CX Analyst to join our Customer Experience team and contribute to the development and continuous optimization of the customer experience. The role involves representing the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and expectations, and implementing continuous improvements to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements
- Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in CX or roles with direct interaction with customers.
- Knowledge in UX Writing and content management.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration visual tools and design, preferably Miro and Figma.
- Advanced English.
- Portuguese will be considered a plus.
- Ability to prepare executive documentation.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources, in complex and multidimensional scenarios.
