Creative Director

This is a hybrid creative leadership role for an operator who can turn business insight into assets that drive revenue. The role involves leading creative direction across all active brands, building clear human-led creative briefs, and creating a content system that converts ideas, stories, and wins into repeatable multi-format output across platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading revenue-focused creative work in a hands-on execution role.
• Strong writing ability across sales copy, case studies, content, and marketing assets.
• Fluent English, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead creatives through strong briefing, feedback, and quality control without micromanaging.
• Strong judgment around what makes content effective versus simply polished.
• Bias for action with the ability to ship, iterate, and improve quickly.
