Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales teams by managing the operational backbone of the sales process, from lead tracking to pipeline support, and helping sales leaders focus on closing and strategy.
Requirements
- Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking
- Support inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries
- Assist with proposal preparation and documentation
- Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
