Job Description
As a WordPress Specialist, you'll lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of high-performing websites, combining technical expertise with an eye for design, SEO, and conversion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development and website management
- Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, technical SEO, and performance optimization)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar)
- Experience improving conversion rates through UX/UI and landing page optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues independently
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with multi-industry websites or agency environments (preferred)
