Job Description
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, promoting their health, safety, and well-being. The role involves advocating for individuals, assisting with communication, and supporting them in achieving their goals. Training and support are provided. This is for the Valparaiso area, and DSPs will be prepared and supported to succeed.
