Job Description
At Assisted Independence, we are seeking a Recreational Therapist to provide care to individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings. The Recreational Therapist will utilize recreation and activity-based interventions to address the assessed needs of individuals, promoting psychological and physical health, recovery, and well-being.
Requirements
- CPR certification
- First Aid Certification
- Negative Tuberculin Skin Test
- Driver's License
- Vehicle Registration
- Automobile Insurance
- National Council on Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation
