Job Description
This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients under the direction of the Staffing Coordinator in compliance with the Plan of Care. The caregiver will maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, perform personal care activities, and provide nutritional support as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
- Ability to perform personal care activities and provide nutritional support
- Ability to report changes in the client's condition
- Ability to assist with self-administration of medication
