Product Manager (Pharmacy) at AssistRx, a healthcare technology company, leading strategy and evolution of Patient Assistance Program (PAP) and Free Goods dispensing capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
- Direct experience in life sciences/pharma services, specifically: Patient Support Programs (PSPs), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and/or Free Goods / free drug dispensing workflows
- Strong understanding of Hub services (benefits verification, PA, copay, PAP)
- Strong understanding of Specialty pharmacy and manufacturer ecosystems
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, GDP, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
