Job Description
Asso.subsea is seeking skilled and experienced Marine Electrical Engineers to join their Engineering Team in Greece, focusing on ship design and shipbuilding. The candidates will play a key role in ensuring electrical and automation systems meet industry standards, class rules, and client specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics/ Automation Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in marine electrical systems, preferably in shipbuilding for offshore vessels
- High Voltage (HV) certification and hands-on experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with PLC (TIA Portal), power distribution, and automation controls
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, IEC, class society rules)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel to shipyards and project sites as needed
