Responsibilities include prioritizing business and projects, managing contracts, and administering financial matters. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in condominium management, advanced knowledge in Condominium Act, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Requirements

• Condominium Management General License
• 5 years' experience in Condominiums
• 2 years' experience in Reciprocal and Shared Agreements
• Financial and Budgetary Management
• Insurance
• Resident and Board of Director Relations
• Property Inspection and Board Meeting Expectations
